This easy 3-ingredient candy corn popcorn bark is a quick, sweet-salty-crunchy treat perfect for Halloween and fall gatherings. Made with white almond bark, candy corn, and pretzels, it comes together in minutes and looks impressively festive.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white almond bark or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 ½ cups candy corn
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists or pretzel sticks
  • ¼ cup roasted salted peanuts (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fall-themed sprinkles (optional)
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet. Line a half-sheet pan (13×18 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Make sure it lies flat with no curling edges. Set it aside.
  2. Melt the white almond bark. Break the almond bark into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring well after each interval. It usually takes about 1 ½ to 2 minutes total. The key is to stop while there are still a few small lumps—stir them until they melt into the residual heat. Overheating makes the chocolate seize and turn grainy.
  3. Pour and spread. Once the almond bark is completely smooth and glossy, pour it onto the center of your prepared baking sheet. Use a rubber spatula to spread it into an even rectangle, about ¼-inch thick. Don’t worry about making it perfect—rustic edges are part of the charm. Work quickly because the chocolate will start to set.
  4. Add the mix-ins. While the melted bark is still wet, evenly scatter the candy corn and mini pretzels over the surface. Press them down gently with your fingertips so they stick into the chocolate a bit. If you’re adding peanuts or sprinkles, now’s the time. Work in sections so you don’t miss any spots.
  5. Set the bark. Let the bark sit at room temperature until completely firm. This takes about 1 to 2 hours depending on your kitchen temperature. For faster results, pop the pan in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. Just don’t leave it in too long—condensation can make the bark sticky.
  6. Break into pieces. Once the bark is fully set, lift it off the parchment paper and place it on a cutting board. Use your hands to break it into irregular pieces, or use a sharp knife or pizza cutter for cleaner edges. I prefer rough, organic shapes—they look more homemade and inviting.

Notes

For best results, use fresh candy corn and almond bark. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before adding mix-ins to prevent sinking. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
