This easy 5-minute candy corn bark is a quick, festive fall treat made with white almond bark, candy corn, and optional mix-ins like pretzels and dried cranberries. It’s perfect for Halloween parties, Thanksgiving dessert tables, or last-minute classroom treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white almond bark (or 12 oz white chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil)
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup fall morsels or candy melts (orange and yellow)
  • 1/2 cup pretzel sticks, broken into pieces (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fall sprinkles
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside mix-ins.
  2. Break almond bark into pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals on 50% power, stirring after each, until completely smooth (about 1.5-2 minutes).
  3. Gently fold in candy corn, fall morsels, broken pretzel pieces, and dried cranberries (if using) until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick using a spatula.
  5. While still wet, sprinkle fall sprinkles evenly over the top and lightly press them in. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes (or freeze for 5-7 minutes) until completely firm.
  7. Lift parchment paper off baking sheet and break bark into irregular pieces with your hands. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

For best results, use fresh candy corn to avoid hardness. If candy corn bleeds color, let melted chocolate cool slightly before adding. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate chips and skip almond bark.
